If you’ve ever paid a visit to Webfirm‘s website you might notice a series of questions. Since they suggest that you (the customer) should ask them of your web developer, I will go ahead and answer them right now.

1. How are customers going to find my website on search engines?

All websites developed by The Frontier Group are firstly submitted to a series of search engines. We have a comprehensive knowledge of white-hat techniques and access to the toolkits of major search engines to ensure your website stands the best chance of a high ranking. Our online marketing experts can offer you further advice and implement a range of techniques to assist with your requirements.

2. What plans do you have to generate more enquiries from my website?

At your request, we can offer a full range of options to assist your online marketing program. The online space differs from regular real world marketing and as such, you may need continual advice. By working with our team to first develop your online goals, you can then assess the outcomes regularly and maintain your business vision.

3. Can I see your portfolio and proof of your claims?

Absolutely. If you are interested in becoming a customer of The Frontier Group, and you are impressed with our attitude and the way we conduct business, we’d love to show you some samples of our work. Given the pace of the web industry, we like to ensure you are seeing our current work.

We haven’t made any unsubstantiated claims, but if you want reassurance of our work, we’re happy to point you in the direction of our customers.

4. Will I be able to update my website for free myself?

We prefer it that way. A common complaint from customers that join us is that it always costs money to make changes, and it takes a few weeks to get them turned around. If you can use a CMS to do it in-house, you don’t have to wait at all. Of course we can still handle the changes for you if you require that option.

5. Do you understand business and marketing or are you just a technician?

Our team is made up of computer science graduates, graphic designers & marketing specialists. We have the expertise in-house for all the services we offer. Our top level management will oversee any projects that require additional input.

6. Will I be able to measure the performance of my website 24/7?

We apply a range of analysis tools to your web site based on your budget, or website package. We keep up to date with the latest analysis tools to squeeze every last cent out of your online presence. Watching video re-enactments of site visitors is one example that offers massive insight into your web site performance. As well as all the current trends we keep up with, we also include the time-tested statistics packages at a base level.

7. Do you have a dedicated and proactive customer service team?

Our web based customer support portal is a great way for our clients to interact with us. Our support line also feeds in to this system in case we are unable to take the call, or you are in a foreign time zone. We provide training videos and on-site training for our products.

8. How long have you been established and how many sites have you developed?

The Frontier Group has been established since 2002. We have over 50 years experience between our web developers but that doesn’t mean much in this industry. The fact that our team members proactively keep up to date with modern web technologies in their spare time is what makes us who we are. A lot of our customers already have websites when they come to us for help, or we are offering them services to complement an existing website, or product. Having said that, we still have delivered in excess of 100 sites to our appreciative customers. We’re not a web design sweat shop and each customer presents an entirely different requirement. We’re devoted to the customer and their online presence.

So now you don’t have to ask! But you might like to enquire further.
