3-2-1 at HashRocket (how to get a project out the door)

Posted in Ruby on Rails, Websites or Tools

I came across an interesting post on the inner workings of the 3-2-1 Launch product at HashRocket. It gives some insight into developing a Ruby on Rails application in the shortest time possible, and once again brings up another point of which Javascript framework to use and when, which I will follow up in a later post.

It briefly discusses:

  • Code reuse
  • Upfront design
  • Frequent code commits
  • Rails-specific testing information
